Prudential Select Properties Is Reaching Out to Veterans With Our Select Military Career Development Program!

Here at Prudential Select Properties, we constantly strive to promote a culture of community leadership and support. In keeping with those values, we understand how important it is to show appreciation to our community’s true heroes – our military veterans.

On this Veterans Day, a day filled with gratitude, we are so very pleased to announce that we are kicking off our newest program – the Select Military Career Development Program. This program is designed to ease the transition from military to civilian life for all of our veterans and their spouses and offers them a bundle set of services in order to assist them with the costs and entry into the real estate industry.

Our men and women who have served our military have made so many sacrifices for us all, sacrifices that can never be repaid. As a community, however, we owe it to them to do whatever we can to ensure that their return to civilian life is as seamless as possible, and by providing them with the necessary tools and resources, our new program should get them well on their way to finding success and happiness in a career in real estate!

When veterans sign up for our program, they will receive a set of services at no cost! The set of services includes the following:

*Real estate school pre-licensing course

*Missouri real estate practice

*Application and licensing fees

*State exam

*Errors and omissions

*Business sales training

*Business cards

*Announcement cards and press release

*Yard signs

*Full year subscription to our suite of technology tools and services

*A feature announcement in local newspapers, public websites, and social media.

Along with these items, each of our offices is fully staffed with full-time sales managers and administrative assistants who are present to train, guide, and support our veterans’ achievement of personal and financial success!

Veterans’ spouses are also eligible for the Select Military Career Development Program! They simply need to sign up separately, and they will be able to enjoy these wonderful services as well!
